Being one of the first major players in energy sector in Myanmar, High Tech Concrete Technology Co., Ltd. (HTCT), a subsidiary of Shwe Taung Group, is a leading project management and construction company, known for the ability to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects on time and budget. HTCT provides comprehensive service including project management, design and construction, multi-site solutions and consulting. Presently, HTCT is proud to be the first and only company in the RCC concrete production role of the world’s 5th largest RCC dam, Yeywa Hydropower Project in Myanmar. HTCT is also one of the pioneers for IPP Projects, which is Balu Chaung (3) Hydropower Project, in Myanmar. HTCT is the project manager for that IPP project which happens to be completed about 100% at present. This will also be another successful benchmark for HTCT and Shwe Taung Group of Companies.

Besides the notable achievements in construction, HTCT is one of the first major contributors in energy sector in Myanmar. It has also been working on hydropower projects like Upper Paung Laung near Naypyidaw.

Apart from these projects, HTCT is also letting itself involved in projects for regional development such as Extension of Magwe University, Yangon City Water Supply (JV with K-Water from South Korea). The company puts its interest in works such as renovating and upgrading of the famous Mya Tha Lun Pagoda in Magwe and Shwe San Daw Pagoda in Pyay.

HTCT is now putting its interest in the field of constructing High Rise Condominiums, Twin Centro Project which is a residential project with 16 Storey Twin Tower and Junction Square Extension Project also known as Crystal Tower & Residences Project which is a complex of Office Buildings, Shopping Malls and 19 Storey Residential Tower are the two projects which HTCT had picked up as its first High Rise Projects in its new field of construction.

HTCT constructs switchyard and transmission line for the conveyance of power. It involved in constructing 1500 tons per day Pozzolan Plant at Popa. It also took interest in constructing roads & bridges all over Myanmar, and concrete precast factory Joint Venture with Robin Village Construction Company from Singapore.
